I had a minimum wait time. This used to be a problem prior to the pandemic but it appears the practice has solved wait time issues. I have been seeing Dr. Glassman for over 10 years and he is very skilled in identifying potential skin issues. When issues are removed they heal with out scarring as well.

Be very prepared with questions and specific concerns. Dr Glassman uses his time very efficiently, but doesn’t ask probing questions.
If I’d have listened to him, I would be fighting cancer down the line. I went in for my skin check and to get a particular spot looked at that had changed over time. He gave me a cursory glance (no scope or anything to get a close look and take this check seriously. He was ready to leave the moment he got in there.), told me everything was fine and left. We waited about 45 min after appointment time in the waiting area, and another 15-20 min in the examination room to see the doctor. Face time with the PA/nurse and doctor was less than 10 minutes total. We did not feel like the doctor cared to hear about our son's medical history or our concerns. In fact, he did not ask us about either. It is fine if the PA debriefs him beforehand, but the questions from the PA were just about current medications and to identify problem areas. Using a tablet versus paper forms is a great idae.
All went well. Very efficient office and professional staff. Very nice offices.
