Dr Glassman was capable & engaging
The visit with the doctor was about 2 mins and felt rushed. He was slowly walking towards the door while I was asking questions. I spent more time with medical assistant who was actually more helpful. I will not return to this practice.
Friendly staff, taken ontime, seemed to be a thorough exam
Dr Glassman is the only dermatologist I see. He is well versed in his field. He answers all my concerns.
This appointment was for an annual skin evaluation. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Glassman was thorough in his examination.
He addressed all my issues and took care of them.
Little delay getting in, but it was quick and easy.
Made to wait 30 minutes for appointment. I was pretty underwhelmed by the visit.I kept asking questions but the doctor barely responded with more than 2 word answers. He couldn't have been less concerned.

Medical team very friendly and professional. Minor complaint: I was not provided with written instructions for a prescription I was given, and I'm not even sure what it's for. Front office staff might need refresher course in patient relations. My main complaint isn't with the visit, but with the Patient Portal mobile phone app. I gained access to the Patient Portal after a few tries, but the mobile app requires I enter the Advanced Dermatology website URL, and nothing I enter works, and nowhere in the Portal is there a path... read more
