Very happy with my visit with Dr. Glassman and the exam. All of the staff were helpful and provided good customer service. The hour wait in the reception area was too long. Since this was my first visit, I'll see what happens on my next visit before making any decisions about my future care at this facility.

Doctors Glassman and Markward are outstanding not only in their professionalism and competence, but also in their attention to me as a human being. These traits are shared by Nurse practicioner Pauline and their team of assistants and technicians. This visit was very quick, a quick check, offered a different medicine and that was it. It’s a busy big practice and it seems like it’s just a quota thing. I felt rushed, didn’t make an effort to learn about me or even give me a chance to check on other issues. Very impersonal. Also. They didn’t follow through with a prescription and Getting a hold of someone or getting a call back has been non-existent.
My last visit was in 2019, and was possibly during a time when Dr Glassman was not on top of his game. He seemed to be bumbling, and inefficient and the “wart” he froze off my thigh was barely frozen—it came right back. I did come back today, and the exam was better but he’s not very personable. However, my husband is also a patient and has had very positive experiences.
Dr. Glassman is the best . There is no other like him. Patient and e say to talk to.. great appt. And treatment.
Very helpfull.
Dr. Glassman and his staff provide the best in medical service and personal consideration.
