The assistants and wait time were great at this practice. Dr. Glassman was not. He obviously had better things to do and could only spend 3 minutes with me during which he rushed through cutting a mole off my body. Dr. Glassman didn’t even give me the option of getting a couple stitches at the site of the mole removal now I am going to have a large and unwanted scar at that place. I got in to see Dr.Glassman on the same day I called for an appointment due to concern about a newly appearing skin abnormality.
My experience was great. Had a cyst removed from my face. Experience no pain.
The only issue I have with my visit was that I was kept waiting too long. I had a 9:30am appointment and was there early. After registering, I waited in the reception area for about 15 minutes. I was then moved into a clinic room and waited another 25 minutes. Dr. Glassman came in and examined me in about 2-3 minutes. I then paid and left. It was 10:30. Wish they did not jam pack the appointments. If I have a 9:30 appointment and the actual exam only takes 3 minutes, I should be out by 10:00 am at the latest. Other than that... read more

There was nothing super objectionable about my experience at Advanced Dermatology. I guess I got what I wanted out of the transaction, however I will not be returning. The check-in staff was kind and efficient, the team of medical assistants were personable and helpful. But when Dr. Glassman entered my room he didn't introduce himself, instead he instructed me to sit on the examination table and then began to touch my face. Dear Sir- I am not sure if I was visiting a Doctor or visiting a retail store selling lotions and potions like CVS or Walgreens. Upon arival, I wasn't greeted but, shown to a desk where they requested my insurance card - then they couldnt find my Ins. company (by the way its on the card). After a spell of time they figured it out- was told to sit and wait, the wait time was quick - again, more forms (electronic) to fill out again - I was there last year.
