Rather than drive 1 hour to my regular dermatologist, I decided to stay local and see Dr. Glassman. His staff is professional and friendly, but he is not. He could not tell me anything about a severe reaction I had to a bug bite nor suggest any treatment. I was told that I'd have to live with the fist-size red mark on my leg for a month. No proper bedside manner whatsoever and he didn't even ask me if I had any questions or even say goodbye as he headed out the door before I had to call after him. Dr. Glassman cut me off repeatedly and did not answer simple questions. He, like rest of the staff, was rude and rushed. While walking out the door, he even prescribed wrong steroid cream. Not one redeeming quality to this physician or practice.

Dr Glassman did not give me the anesthesia slowly to reduce the pain. Itnstantly brought tears to my eyes. Ive had lidocaine before in much more sensitive areas with 100% less pain. He was harsh and moved too quickly. Started my procedure before I even had time to finish wiping my tears away. Poor bedside manor. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone. Im a medical professional and used to do this procedure and this is not best practice.

1000 characters aren't enough to describe the upset of my visit. Washed hands only because I asked. Examined me (including feet) without gloves. He zapped 3 keratoses on my neck at my request. Paid no attention to the more than 20 others I had. Some quite visible & ugly on my legs. He left the room without washing. He came back in to remove a cyst. I would not recommend Dr. Glassman to anyone. My first visit resulted in a 2-hour wait, which is actually insignificant to what occurred on my following visit. My subsequent visit was for an ear re-piercing procedure which resulted in continual bleeding and infection which will not end; and, I should mention that I followed specific instructions on the care of my earlobes after the procedure. was pretty much on time. didn't explain anything, was fairly abrupt when i asked a question. had a cyst on my scalp removed. his assistant cut off a WHOLE lot of hair, although i took in a couple of clips to hold the hair away from the cyst. had 2 cysts to be removed but he would only do one at a time so i had to make 2 appointments.
