Check-in was super quick. Facility was bright and welcoming. Staff was professional and knowledgeable. Saw doctor right away. Doctor Glassman's years of experience was evident in how quickly he diagnosed my problem and recommend the necessary treatment.
The office staff was a little disorganized it seemed, and people were sort of all over the place. The one receptionist was nice but the other one seemed rude. I spent less than 4 minutes in the office with the Dr. How I know it was 4 minutes was I had looked at a time a call came in as My son was being seen, and the time we left. I sort of couldn’t believe that by the time we were walking out of the room after getting out things, the Dr was also walking out from another room. Dr Glassman was very friendly and appeared willing to listen to me, if I had questions.
Dr. Glassman and his Medical Team are Fantastic! Very caring, Knowledgeable and Excellent communication! Upper level management communication skills are sporadic at best with patient and pharmacy. I’m sad to say that as I have had only the Very Best Experience’s from check in to check out with this Great practice.Highly Recommend Dr. Glassman and his team, 5 Stars!!!
I enjoyed my first visit and want the rest of my family to see him as well. I would’ve liked more communication as to what was going on and why before being cut into however. But did enjoy him and the office.
I have 3 mole removal surgery which I have to visit three time to Hospital . Why not these minor procedurs can be done in one visit? If otherwise any restrictions layes on by my Insurance comoany.
For years, Dr Glassman has treated my husband and me, both fair-skinned descendants of northern Europeans. We both develop small skin cancers easily, having grown up during years when no one thought much about playing outside in the sun without skin protection. Dr Glassman has kept us happy and healthy for years.
First visit with Dr Glassman. He had a matter-of-fact demeanor, which I liked. I wasn’t looking for a buddy, I just wanted a good Dr. I would recommend him to my friends.
The practice is -- to put it mildly -- a high volume, pack-em-in enterprise. Usually 10-15 waiting in the lobby. Dr. Glassman, well, should retire. Zero bedside manner, zero patient interaction. His staff is helpful, and fully understands the shortcomings of their boss. I've enjoyed working with the PAs, but would NEVER see Glassman again.
