2 visits in 10 days. Dr. Glassman & the staff are professional, friendly and very efficient.
We visited today and Dr. Glassman was able to provide the important skin care analysis and service required to resolve ths issue during this first visit. We scheduled a follow up in a month to follow up on the results. Doctor and his assistant were thorough in evaluating all aspects of the issue and willing to spend time to ensure we understood what to expect from the treatment.
When trying to make an appt, I had to go through 2 people who both asked the same questions. At the office I had to go through and provide the same information. The Dr seemed annoyed that I was there. Walked in, took one look at my issue (vitiligo) said, nothing we can do about it. Said there was a cream and laser but neither would probably work. Suggest you take treating vitiligo off your web site.
I waited for about an hour to see Dr. Glassman for about 30 seconds. The nurse then gave me instructions based on his diagnosis from a 5 second visual inspection. While the treatment may help with this medical issue (i don't know if it will yet) I don't think it will help me address the underlying reasons why I am having this issue. So, if all you need is a prescription then this Dr. is probably good enough, but don't expect much more.
My appointment was rushed and was told "it's okay" and didn't explain what my condition was. The front desk staff was a bit rude and had demanding tone of voice.
Dr. Glassman was efficient and professional, but there was little doctor-patient communication. He did his thing and left without providing any feedback … it felt like indifference; like a slam-dunk and then onto the next patient.
I've seen him three times. Once to have a skin growth looked at and biopsied; a second time to have the post-surgery checkup; and a third time over a year later for post-surgery checkup and a full body examination. Dr. Glassman stays so far away from me that I know that he has not really looked very closely at my whole body to see if there is anything wrong, and, secondly, his demeanor is like he is afraid he'll catch something if he gets too close. He was knowledgeable and had a good medical manner. His staff was very professional.
I have a problem with my skin and need advice, but instead of help, I got another referral pointing to an expensive product that I can't afford. About my question, if is there any similar product? They answer they don't know. They only sell their cosmetics. I wasted money and time, and I will look for another doctor. In addition to these expensive cosmetics, when I said I use the medication that doesn't help, he said to continue to use it. I used 3 months and had no results. It looked like talking with a wall.
