Front desk woman was unpleasant but the doctor and assistant were wonderful
Dr. Glassman provided my annual skin check and removed an unsightly mole, which is now completely gone...! He is the best dermatologist I've seen and recommend him highly.

Dr. Glassman was 40 min late for our appointment, the staff did not let me know that he was running late. When he came in the room he performed the full body exam in less than 15 minutes, spending seconds looking at areas of concern for me. This was my first experience with a dermatologist, I felt rushed and was not appreciative of his demeanor. Don't waste your money or time by visiting Dr. Bruce. He came into the room for two seconds and left without finding out why I keep having breakouts on my skin. If you consider sitting in the room while waiting for the doctor a check-up, then visit him. The worst doctor visit ever.
He didn’t even bother checking my daughter’s scalp, it’s 1 minutes appointment
I was able to make an appointment in a short matter of time. Staff were all friendly. Check-in was done via iPad and was easy to navigate. Dr. Glassman was prompt and thorough.

i waited a long time for the quickest full-body check i've ever had & dismissive about excessively dry skin for nearly a decade & didn't even look at this spot on my ankle that is really gross. a bug bit me there but he said it's psoriasis. if the suggestion for my skin doesn't work, i'll be seeking care elsewhere.
