I had an appointment for 3:30, and I didn’t get to see Dr. Glassman until 4:30. Even after waiting all that time it felt like he rushed through the visit. He didn’t take the time to review my medical history and at one point suggested a medication that would have exacerbated a chronic condition I have, and seemed annoyed when I pointed out that it wouldn’t be a good idea for me. The front office was fine. The appointment itself lasted about 5 minutes. Service was alright. Wasn't bad, wasn't great.

Dr. Glassman was very professional. He saw in my husband what seemed suspicious and after the biopsy he was right. There was no long wait and everything is taking care of now.
I have visited Dr. Glassman for my annual visual skin inspection for the past two decades.The peace of mind is well worth it. If I have any challenges between annual visits I don't hesitate to make an appointment.
Office staff were welcoming, but had no record of my appointment, causing a long delay. The nurse was kind, noted my concerns about new areas of darkened skin on my face. Dr. Glassman breezed in, did a rapid full body check, said “Don’t speak yet,” when I tried to mention my concerns. Once I did, he asked no follow up questions, said the darkened areas were “sun damage,” and abruptly began applying liquid nitrogen to 3 areas he said were pre-cancerous. Was also felt rushed. Saw the doctor for maybe 2-3 mins. Feel like more time should be spend with patient, fielding concerns, answering questions. One comes to medical professionals with problems and concerns. Us as patients take the time out of our day, maybe call in sick to work to attend appointment. Spend about 15-20 checking in, another 15-20 in the waiting room, another 15-20 waiting in the exam room for a doctor to only give us 2 mins. Upon arrival, received good service. Then had a very good experience with the Doctor. He explained everything.Including what treatments I would need.

Review is strictly based on this doctor and not the staff at the practice. Dr. Glassman has zero bedside manner. I took a same day appointment for a few concerns on my skin. The doctor spent less than two minutes in the office with me to include his introduction and treatment using liquid nitrogen. He quickly left leaving his assistant to answer questions.
