The appointment was very rushed and didn’t feel my questions were answered thoroughly. I asked a question and he literally had to look up the answer on his phone- I could have done that without needing the appointment

Dr. Glassman has NO bedside manner. He is rude and extremely rushed. I was getting a full body cancer scan and he clearly was annoyed at the 2 short questions I asked him. The body scan was so rushed and he came in with 3 other techs (one to hold the freeze can, one to take notes, and the third one was a young female so I think he had her come in since I am a female. ). our appointment was at 3:20p; we were taken to an exam room at 4:15p (the doctor was 'running late') and then finally seen at 4:45p. Yes the staff apologized for 'running late' and kept telling us that the doctor would be with us 'shortly'. The patient was 7 years old and as anyone with kids knows, it's hard to wait for 85 minutes. Doc was great but my short visit with him came 80 minutes after the 1350 appointment that I showed up 20 minutes early for. Everyone was apologizing for the wait, but I see a lot of wait time complaints so I guess it’s normal.

Although I do like Dr Glassman, the 55 minute wait time was frustrating. After 45 minutes I asked the receptionist if I was indeed checked in. She said yes, but then proceeded to give me forms to complete. I was called in shortly after, so I think this was a mistake on the receptionist’s part. This was my first time there. Hopefully next time it will go more smoothly.

My experience with Dr.Bruce Glassman was beyond disappointing.He did not take a second to even sit or ask me any questions.He did not take the time to properly examen the concerning areas on my skin and called my case “underwhelming” compared to “the hundreds of patients” he sees everyday.YES he said this to me! I was shocked.He also prescribed me a medication I was already taking but has not been working for months and I explained this to him and he said there was not “much he could do” judging from what he was seeing.
