I scheduled an appointment for my routine annual check-up. Dr. Glassman seems very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. He identified a small growth which he removed, precisely so there was no extra damage and no significant pain.The wait after my appointment time was a bit longer than I prefer, but the waiting room is very clean and well lit and the staff courteous and helpful.My wife is also a patient of his and we recommend him to friends.

The doctor was behind schedule by about 20 minutes, not unusual, but when I asked about wait time, the front desk laughed and said he usually runs 30 mins behind and said we were next. Then they called another patient with an appt time after mine. I asked about it and the woman said “nothing I can do about that now”. True but rude. The doctor was cavalier, offered little empathy, and we felt rushed out. Disappointing and left us a little salty.
Dr. Glassman is a dermatologist with a wealth of experience and a first rate surgeon. He is quick and efficient, with dry sense of humor, that has apparently been on occasion misunderstood as a lack of friendliness. I do not agree with such interpretations of Dr. Glassman’s no-nonsense style, simply because I do not consider chattiness and fuzziness essential to a positive result. waited over an hour and a half past appointment time. when he came, did not acknowledge our wait. he barely looked at skin condition and left in under five minutes. will not return
Never introduced himself. Spent less than 1 minute addressing my concerns, and left the room. Poor bedside manner.

I went in to establish a new patient relationship after my last dermatologist retired. Dr. Glassman made zero effort in this regard--he got me in and out as fast as he possibly could. He walked in the door, quickly introduced himself, jumped straight into the skin exam, gave me one sentence about what he was going to prescribe for another issue, spent about 30 seconds treating a third, and was out the door.
