This doctor did not protect my dignity as a female patient. He did not say what he was doing before he did it, instead just pulling at my undergarments and medical robe without warning. He did not let me cover up my chest after he was done looking at it. Instead, he told me not to move to cover myself up even while he was doing a procedure on another body part and left the room before I was covered. Doctor Glassman is a very skilled physician. I have been seeing him for many years and trust his excellent judgement. My visit was thorough and I felt cared about.
My visit was right on time.
I recently visited Dr. Bruce and, unfortunately, my experience left me feeling dissatisfied and uncomfortable. The appointment was very brief—no more than 10 minutes. I felt that the doctor did not thoroughly examine the issues I came in for. He looked at the back of my ear for only a couple of seconds and did not explain what the problem was until I specifically asked. As Always, Dr. Glassman was very thorough in his examination. He took the time to ask if I had any issues and he performed a small procedure to solve a concern of mine. He also took the time to ask if I had any questions before he left the exam room.
Dr. Glassman and the Physician's Assistant were very attentive to my needs.
Extremely competent very tactful.
Outstanding doctor
Did not feel like he did a thorough exam. Way too fast, did not ask questions. Felt like I wasted my time. He seemed to anxious to get to his next five minute appointment. Will never go back.
