Every morning was very friendly And thorough.
I have been seeing Dr Maddox for over 40 years. He is very thorough with his check of any potential skin cancers or skin issues. He is kind, gentle, & very, very knowledgeable. Just an all around great Doctor!
Mohs surgery. No waiting time, Dr. Smith and his assistant were great.

Dr. Garr is very knowledgeable and personable. She was very gentle with me, and efficient. I will say my appointment was rather rushed, as she seems overwhelmed with patients, which shows how much in demand she is. However, she is very good, and I highly recommend her.

He was quick and efficient to remove a cyst. Has a Registered Nurse as his assistant-which is a definite plus. She is very good. I'm qualified to assess their performance as an RN myself. Will go back for sure. Just changed from Mayo derm to them.

Very unhappy with this practice. Nurse spilled the acid they use to treat finger warts, on my son's leg. He sustained a 2x 3 inch burn where she dropped the acid on his leg. Due to the amount that was spilled, he had an allergic reaction all over his body and we had to take him to the ER. When discussing the outcome of our office visit with both the office manager and dr they claimed innocence. They did not owe up to the over $1000 ER visit that we had to pay out of pocket, nor did they ever apologize for the pain they cause... read more
Office was able to get me in quickly. Very well run office.
I saw him yesterday for a leg lesion that wasn't healing. Very straightforward, no nonsense man, but knew his stuff. Took a biopsy of it on the spot and did so with great care and good technique. Minimal discomfort because it was numbed up first. Pleasant, but not chatty. Fine with me, I was in on time and out in 15 minutes. They will call with results, and if they don't, they gave me a paper with information to look it up on the patient portal. I will return to him. Can't understand the negative review.
