SERVICE DEPARTMENT is AWFULL!
How this place is still in business is beyond me! Michelle Gerdon service advisor is absolutely useless! Charlie the service manager is absolutely useless! Mr.Brown should be ashamed of himself! Avoid this place like plague!! 💩
I'm very disappointed with this place right now. However; I will admit I was originally very happy with the smooth and quick process we had while buying our Jeep weeks ago. I even left a positive review on Google. Fast forward 3 weeks. Before purchasing our vehicle we were told the vehicle had nothing wrong with it mechanically, it was in perfect driving condition, and that it was fully serviced.
