I brought In my 2011 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 4x4 Service. Included the Front and Rear Diffs , The Transfer Case and also the Tranny. They didn’t do the Tranny because I was told the Fluid is Clean. I told them I do all the Fluids every 50k. I did the Tranny close to 60k ago. The Fluid still looks New and Clean with No smell I feel Like I got Effin screwed because NoW I have to go elsewhere for a Tranny Service. I tried to make an appointment for service I was told when I purchased the truck they will give you a loner no loner was available for 2 months and when I called the salesman he wasn’t available he would have him call me ! Well as of yet I’ve not heard from him
