Service department is horrendous!!!
My 2016 Jeep has been for service 4x since Aug of 2018. Have not had AC for almost a year and right now -still at Browns and not fixed. Looking into BBB and lemon law. Ridiculous!!!!
The worst experience ever. Run don't walk from this dealership!
Went there for warranty work. Asked if i bought the truck there. Put me over 4 weeks out. So when it came time to trade it in i went elsewhere. Now its time for a new one again. Same thing. Went there today. Asked how long to look at my gas gauge not working. Over 4 weeks out. Called Port Jeff & Riverhead. Both said bring it in this week. So while there working on my truck ill get the 2019 from one them. Always a problem at browns.

I have unsubscribed from their email, had to block their number from my phone and yet they called me from a different number!!! Won’t do business with them
left my truck overnight got a call in the morning . Service was done the next day. Service writer was quick and efficient great experience .
Id like the public to know that if they purchase a vehicle from browns and there is ever an issue for service that department is very unaccommodating I’ve had my 2015 grand Cherokee there three times and it’s still not fixed and every time it has to go back it’s a 4 to 6 week waiting period to have the same issues I’m contemplating getting rid of it and buying something else
