The service department stinks I brought my 2016 ram 1500 in because the headlight are hazing up on September 4 2018 .I was told the service manager has to get the approval to replace the lights but haven't heard anything since then .I have been down there several times and keep getting excuses after excuses.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman was a nice guy but every time I told them what I was looking for they tried to play shell games. They even contacted me to come back and I gave them a second chance to be honest and it was worse than the first time. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

I made an appointment for my Dodge Ram dropped it off on Thursday for a Friday appointment . I called Saturday and couldn’t tell me anything about the truck. Called a few times on Monday all they kept telling me was someone would call me back. No one called back. Tuesday rolls around still no call. I started calling every hour on Tuesday and they kept saying someone would call me back. I left work went to the dealer to find out they never even looked at the truck yet. I am very displeased with my 2015 Cherokee Trailhawk. The lights are dangerously dim, I cannot drive the car in the dark and in the rain it is frightening. I have to resort to driving my 2000 jeep XJ bc the headlights are way better. The service department says no one else has ever made any complaints about the poor design of the lights on the Cherokee but, if you look online there are so many complaints. athe service department told me to buy different lights or add a light bar, which is not legal to drive with while on. Horrible. Everything from the buying experience, financing, through service. They are clearly geared for high volume sales rather than customer service. Last visit? Damaged my car. Have since found a new dealership to service this car...and buy the next.
Such an amazing experience with Scott and the staff here. I would recommend anyone here. They were able to accommodate everything I wanted in my jeep within my budget. Very upfront, nothing hidden or shady!! I dread car shopping, but I had nothing but a positive experience here.
