This dealership sucks I brought my 2007 Durango here for the check engine light three times and they charged $500 for the same bs and still haven't fixed it.

I recently leased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Brown’s Jeep Dodge Chrysler , and want to compliment the sales associate Jovon W. as well as the dealership. I have never had such a positive experience and outcome when I have leased vehicles in the past (I have leased 4 other Jeep vehicles in the last 12 years at other dealerships). I'm so disappointed with the service. My jeep is only a year old and the GPS stopped working. They said they were ordering another radio, I never got a call so I finally called them after weeks of waiting and the parts department told me the radio was sent back because no one ever claimed it!!! Are you kidding?? How about thinking "maybe no one called the customer to schedule service to install the radio so let's call them before we go through the trouble of sending it back?"
