I bought my 2008 Mustang GT back in November. Went through it online, they held the car till I was able to come in and see it. Fell in love with it and they had me drive it home the same day. Deal went down so smoothly. Everyone was so friendly. Had my beauty for almost 8 months and I have not had one issue yet!! (Knock on wood) 100% would shop here for my next car :)
Since day one of my purchases disaster final straw yesterday trying to get me to pay for a recall part ! And waited from 6-9:30pm for an oil change and recall sensor change ( which ps wasn't done according to work order I read when I got home ) and have the service kid come out to me n say you know your change oil warning is on .... Yes bc you guys never shut it off at my last oil change ! Sad I like to do business with my neighbor but it's a disaster never the same faces either guess that should be first clue
Service is the worst! They promise you a loaner car when purchasing but neglect to tell you it's by appointment only 2 months out! Called 3x to speak with a manager due to engine light in for the 2nd time. I am still waiting for a return call 2 weeks later. Think twice before using this dealership. The purchase was seamless but since then UGH!
My new used truck has been there for 5 weeks now, bought a ram 1500 with 38,000 miles with a lifter tap,, was told they can fix the problem quick, 5 weeks and still waiting,, first nice vehicle I've bought myself and I can't drive it because they obviously don't have mechanics that can fix it, service is lousy,they need a few more mechanics,,,amazing how they sell you a vehicle quick but can't service it for a problem that should have been fixed before selling it,, no call backs, if I had known service and attitudes sucked t... read more
