Don't waste your time or money with Browns Chrysler jeep. They promise you the best when your buying or leasing, but once you have an issue they can care less about you. They have had my truck in the shop for 37 days now, still not being repaired with nothing to offer for compensation. Worst customer service and incompetent service manager. Disgusted.
Had a great experience at Brown's Dealership on my second Journey purchase. Sales Associate Scott Scaturro was great I would highly recommend.
Great customer service, sales reps really take the time to show the vehicle and its features. They also took the time to answer all my questions. I drove out with a beautiful brand new Jeep. I will definitely return here for my next car. I highly recommend Browns. two thumbs up!

Browns Service has had my jeep now for 7 weeks now! Unbelievable!! The worst customer service. Never a call back or a courtesy call to let me know what is going on. Still not officially diagnosed and who knows how long untl it actually gets fixed. This is not my first issue with the service department but it will certainly be my last as I will NEVER go to Browns again. For anything. I will however let everyone I know how terrible the service is. Made a call to Chrysler and had a case manager assigned. Lets see if this helps.
I walked in this morning..by the afternoon I was driving out in my new Jeep Latitude! :-)
