Our truck has been there for over TWO MONTHS.....be careful before buying a car/truck here if you intend to use their service department. I bought a used truck with a warranty from Browns. The truck is still under warranty; but still sits at service with a dead battery. We did get a call today offering us the truck back; but with a heating system that won't work properly. We have bought and leased at least 7 vehicles from Browns and have never had one issue. Very professional, upfront and honest.
I can't say enough bad things about this place. From their sales to their service. I can't wait until my lease is up.
