Beyond disappointed with service. My car shuts off for no reason while I am driving. I took into the service center once and paid $800.00. Was told that this would fix the problem. It has happened again. This time my car was in your shop for 11 days (when I was originally told it would be a max of 5) while I was stuck with a rental. I picked it up from Pete who told me that they couldn't find the problem but reset the electrical system. I bought a car from them last year and the a/c went on it yesterday. When I arrived at the service department today I was told I needed an appointment (something new that just started 3months ago as I had an oil change then). The next available appointment is 3 to 4 WEEKS out, or I could leave my car for 72 hours to be LOOKED at. ARE THEY KIDDING? ?? Have not one good thing to say about this place. Sold me a lemon. Nothing but problems with the car from the next month i purchased it.

Gary and JIm were absolutely amazing to Joe Bayer and I. We went in and were met immediately by staff and pointed to Jim, regarding our interest in a Ram Truck. He was a world of knowledge. the deal was done before we left the showroom and we picked up the black beauty in 2 days! Thanks Gary for all the extra's and for having such a great team! ~Donna

You would think when someone makes an appointment for a recall almost 2 weeks in advance they would order the part so it's there for your appointment. Guess not! #fail

I bought a liberty here years ago. Got a good price. Used my own mechanic. Leased a Grand Cherokee. The Browns The service department is disorganized and frustrating to work with. I love Jeeps but I'll lease my next one from port Jeff, Huntington, or west islip .
