No contact , no calls , no call backs .....apparently service managers phone only works occasionally.... No courtesy car , no rental .... No return phone calls ..... even with the extra $2500 service contract ..... Anyone interested in joining in law suit .... Contact us thru Facebook .....
Brown's is great! It's filled with friendly people and I found the exact car I was looking for all thanks to Kevin! Love my new 2016 Jeep Patriot and got a great deal on it. I definitely recommend going to Brown's and working with Kevin!
I bought a 2015 Fiat 500 from Brown's 6 months ago. The car has been in for service 6 times for at least 5 different problems, which they cannot seem to fix. It took them 4 months to refund my extended service plan (I didn't want it anymore because I don't plan on keeping the car). I had to go pick up the registration myself because they never sent it to me. They also never sent me a title. I had to go to the DMV myself and pay for a replacement title. The service technician lied to us and claimed it would cost $1,200 to fix what wound up only being $150 dollars at a local mechanic.
Scheduled an appointment and they still had delay after delay after delay. Trying to get a manager on the phone who isn't dismissive and rude is proving to be difficult at best.
I could not be more pleased and happy with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler...TJ from sales and Tom from finance were amazing in every way...they really made it a pleasure to buy a car. The whole process was honest and transparent. I will buy all my jeeps from Browns Chrylser from this day forward...thanks again!
Sitting here in the lobby waiting on a rental car that I should of received 4 days ago . But I keep getting the run around . Not sure how I was to set up a appointment for a blown transmission . But I'm so happy that I spent all the money on the lifetime maximum warranty . So I can be car less . The service department doesn't know up from down . . Really disappointed sitting in your outdated uncomfortable service lobby . ...
