Tim Quintero was salesman- excellent experience- professional at all times. Non pressured environment.
I just recently purchased a car at Brown's and I couldn't be more happy with my experience. The salesman that helped me was Christopher Lien, who is very professional, easy to communicate with, and pleasant. I wouldn't recommend any other salesman but him, he made my purchase extremely easy. Even the other staff there are very welcoming.
Brand new Wrangler (400 miles) I get towed into the service lot by a friend because there's all these lights flashing on my dash and bump steer happening. They scan the codes, prep me for a same day appointment, see it was bought elsewhere and I get bumped to an appointment 10 days away. A brand new $50k Jeep and I have to go elsewhere. Some manufacturer support. Not to mention this is 1/5 Mopar vehicles I've purchased in the last 13 months, some from this dealer, but I'll take my Jeep elsewhere for service. The worst customer experience ever. Took my deposit last Saturday and was to pick up vehicle on Wednesday. When I called Tuesday to find out what time it would be ready I learned they didn't have the vehicle and they tried too offer me two others with different options for more money. Long story short it's a week later and they still haven't refunded my deposit. Now my CC will be going after them. These are not good people they tell you one thing and do another.
Went in and spoke with MEL, he was awesome great customer service, very efficient didn't make me wanna scream and run like buying a car normally is. Over all was a great experience and i HIGHLY recommend him if you want a good deal and to be comfortable with out pressure
