The most horrific experience I have every had when it comes to buying a car. Beware - prices listed on website are a scam. After getting the run around for 2 days I realize this place doesnt know how to sell a car.

This is the most unprofessional dealer I have ever had to deal with how do you buy a brand new car and the radio doesn't work which leads to more problems like the car doesn't start heat doesn't work . Hey how about getting a more professional and knowledgeable staff.

Staff doesn't care about people. Staff doesn't care about the vehicle you bought from them and continue to bring to them for 7 years even after buying another one from then. All they care about is money. Won't exchange a used part I just bought for another one that's more expensive I was willing to pay the difference for. Could have bought the part online for $15 vs $60 but was still willing to go through the dealer. So what if I want to fix my truck myself over a simple part, my other truck comes in for service. My car was towed there on Wednesday early afternoon. I finally got it back last evening. It took 2 days to diagnose that I needed a new battery. They changed my license plate protectors to Browns without asking if it was ok with me to be a driving advertisement for them for free. I have dirt hand prints inside my drivers side door that I now need to scrub off.
