Went in to try to get a lease on a new car. The salesman was very nice until we couldn’t agree on numbers. When I told him I wasn’t going to be able to make the payment it was too high he didn’t even pick his head up and make eye contact with me before basically dismissing me and telling me to have a good day. The team at Brown's is so professional and helpful! Love working with them.
Tried contacting service dept during the late evening (they advertise late night service). No answer on the phone. Also stopped in a few weeks ago for a tire rotation and got turned away because they didn’t have anyone on staff at that hour capable of doing a tire rotation. Not kidding.
I have never experience a level of customer service quite as low as what we experienced here. Our time was wasted, our keys were lost, our car was there for 12 days and we were denied a courtesy car because when we dropped off the car was only expected to be here for 2 days. And this was all after the problem with our car was blamed on our oil change being done elsewhere, which mind you was NOT the problem in the end. Our service advisor was rude. I have been calling for a month and never get a call back!! My heat doesn’t work. Apparently this is acceptable to them! All they care about was getting my money.
