low balled my trade in. tried to over price a lease. called after I walked out and the lease price dropped $150/mo. Ford gave me $1000 more for my trade in, and a much cheaper lease on a loaded F-150.
About 7 or 8 months ago I received an URGENT safety recall notice for my Wrangler. I called to make an appointment the next day. Person told me that the parts were unavailable and they would call me as soon as they arrived. After about a month and a half I called back. Still no part. Called back again about 5 weeks later. I love these guys! I’ve been dealing with Browns on a regular basis ever since I purchased my Wrangler in 2016. I have had one great experience after another.
