😠BEWARE This dealership is an Absolute Nightmare HORRIBLE when it comes to service. Our 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland at the dealership for over 1 Month( lets keep in mind this is the second visit for the Same Issue and even back then at the dealership for over 1 month which was October 2019) as the valet brings our Jeep to us, low and behold the problem happens again in front of us,, valet and the service tech , all after we were told we owed a $200 deductible. Ha ! really ?!the problem fixed.?..and it gets even better... read more

My 2013 Ram 1500, which I bought used from Browns. Has been there twice for the same issue. Stripped front axles. 5 weeks total down time. First attempt lasted one month. I purchased a Zurich Extended Warranty with the truck. No one returns my calls. No one calls with updates. If I’m lucky I get put through to a Service Adviser. And I’m told they’re waiting on Zurich. My new camper sits in my yard, while my unreliable Ram sits at Browns.

I walked in to look at a vehicle yesterday. Showroom was completely empty. I saw a woman who greeted me from her desk and I said “I guess all the vehicles are outside to look at?” She said yes. Another guy who had an attitude said “aNd YoUu NeEd aMaSk”. Outside?? I went around and looked at the cars outside which were all locked, and nobody ever came out to greet me and show me the vehicles. 

Business response:

Due to do the new State law our Sales team is unable to walk around the lot and show customers different cars. For a customer to look at a vehicle they have to make an appointment, this gives us time to fully sanitize the vehicle. We are also requiring our customers and employees to wear face masks for everyone’s safety. Please let us know if you would like to make an appointment to view a vehicle. Thank you.

Had my car in for service this morning, my advisor was Jeff who did an outstanding job making sure my Jeep was taken care off. He took time to explain future repairs I would need and we agreed to leave car and have it done now. it’s people like Jeff that makes Brown’s a Place I will always go to and recommend to everyone

I purchased a Grand Cherokee years ago from Browns and when I was in the market for another I headed to the best. My time with Don Feldman was amazing and he did everything in his power to find what was right for me. Both him and Belce Bolvadin couldn't do enough and went above and beyond my expectations. They are an amazing team that put me in a beautiful 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. Thank you Don and Belce!!

I had the most positive experience associated with a car at brown’s! Westbury fiat service center held on to my car for 25 days without ever looking at the vehicle. Eventually, because it was very obvious they had no intention of servicing my vehicle that is out of warranty and that I pay full price to fix, I paid $255.00 to tow it to Brown’s. Once Browns had my vehicle it was diagnosed and fixed in less than 6 hours. This will be where I take my Fiat from now on. I want to have my car serviced by Fiat technicians and I’m gl... read more
