I have no words for the horrible service that my cuz has received on a jeep she purchased from browns , for my 19 yr old niece for college! looks like we need a lawyer and news 12 to fix an issue that browns has had more then ample opportunity to fix or address in a fair manner

Last week I bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade here and I love the vehicle! Charlie was an excellent salesman. He was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Even after buying the car, he took the time to go over the gizmos and gadgets even though it was late. I didn't real rushed at all and he made sure I was comfortable with the car. Everyone I dealt with there was fantastic!
