A very bad deal with a couple of former customers ...Pampa has learned of your callous behavior...not acceptable..
Worst customer service EVER we drove over from Pampa for our "scheduled" appointment time to sign papers on our new car to only find out they sold it out from under us.. we have been dealing with a salesman all week!! They even email us a deal sheet with all the details.. Come to find out their were 3 other couple just from Pampa that this same thing has happened to recently! And to add icing on cake the used car manager acted like he could care less..

We were on our way from Arizona to Kingsland. In Tucemcari we developed a computer issue with my Envoy! We made it to the dealer around closing time on Saturday. Chris in the service department was great. We got a car rental and went on with our trip. On Monday we were called telling us what and how much it would cost. We were due in Kansas Tuesday night. This was the first time my husband and I have bought a car. We saw John Thurlow, and he was awesome!! He walked us around the showroom and pointed out everything possible that we may need during the trip there such as the lounge area, restrooms, etc. Everyone we came into contact with all had a great attitude and we're very helpful. We definitely recommend going to them for a nice new ride!!

We purchased a vehicle from MOSES SANCHEZ a couple years back & needless to say we came back 1/10/17 to purchase a truck from him. He is such an awesome young man.
