Lovely and smart salesperson, Lisa Turner. All of my questions were answered, the office simple and freshly styled, coffee bar complete (fresh coffee), bottled water - loved that. The showroom was clean. The staff were well informed, patient and courteous. The process was easy and nearly painless (parting with even a little money pinched a little!).
The sales and financing staff are very helpful in getting the vehicle that was most suitable for me and my needs.
Recently traded in truck and got a new vehicle, everything was great until I got hit with a negative credit mark because the vehicle I traded in had not been paid off by the dealership. Not happy about that. Also have called 3 times trying to request a dealer at fault letter with no call back. Have not received copies of any paperwork I signed during purchase either.

John Thurlow and the staff at Browns are a class act when it comes to teamwork. Hands down, the best service I've experienced buying a vehicle. Everyone on the team was willing to lend a hand and make the process extremely smooth, which, unfortunately is tough to find at a dealership. If anyone is in the market for a vehicle, give John a chance and you will not be disappointed.
John Thurlow sold my Son a car, John did everything to see that he got a car he wanted. He is a genuine person who cares and goes above and beyond for his customers. He made car buying a pleasant experience.
