Worst dealer we have ever dealt with, not to mention when we got there. We were standing looking at the car we was going to purchase and a sales associate was backing out of a parking spot and hit my husband with the car. He couldn’t even apologize.. I do not recommend doing business with Browns. We recently purchased a gmc Denali Yukon for over $40k and traded in our old vehicle. Salesman said, whatever you need let me know. He called a few days later to ask if we had any issues and my husband mentioned that they needed to check the struts and the headlight was out. We thought we purchased a decent running vehicle! We were looking at buying a vehicle today and they would only give us half of the trade in value of our vehicle. they were not even interested in trying to work out a deal with us. I guess their business is doing so well during this economic downfall that they don't need our business.
