RecommendedTraded the 2015 Subaru for a 2018 Subaru and the process was painless as usual. Mitch and John are never in a rush, and once we made a decision, we were out of there in less than 30 minutes.
Highly recommend brown to anyone they are a great dealer ship and have great people working for them. We bought a 2018 encore and it took about 4 hours for an approval and paperwork, through the whole process they stuck through it and was able to make it happen for my family and I and I can’t be more great full to them.

Have a brand new 2018 GMC 2500 Denali. I have had a rattle underneath the dash, and brought it in three different times to get it fix and still had not fixed it. They ended up putting some foam on the knee bolster as a Band-Aid instead of replacing the part. When they had put the foam on it, the knee bolster was not flush with the underneath of dash.

I purchased a new pickup in 2012 from Browns here in Amarillo. It took many hours for me to find what I wanted. They pulled through. The truck ran great and I walked back through the doors yesterday December the 8th. I was met at the gate and was greeted by a sales man who was polite and welcoming! I asked for Rick and they where pleased about that and willing to help even though I was not there to see them. Rick and I worked out a deal on a New 2018 pickup they had.
