I've said it once and I'll say it again John Thurlow is the bomb! We feel lucky to call this man our car guy and friend. We have bought a total of three vehicles from Brown in the past three months! Bringing the total to 6 vehicles bought with Thurlow by my family. If you are in the market for a vehicle go to Brown and ask for John. Please tell him I sent you. The whole Brown family has been super awesome to us! Chris Morales in the service department was a super big help as well!!!

I can not see how you would think we could hold ourselves responsible for a broken vent on a 15 year old vehicle with 232,000 miles almost 2 years after we preformed a recall which had nothing to do with your current issue.
