Service center is very unorganized. I scheduled my car to get in to get a belt fixed and it took 10 hours for them to do a 2 hour job. Tim told me they were really busy and over booked when I asked why they would schedule me to bring my car in if they were so busy he had no response. He later told me that I had never actually been scheduled by the woman I had talked to the day before.
