This is the worst lawn maintenance company I’ve seen this far. Our HOA company in Canton, Ga contracted with them and their workmanship is shoddy. Our community is forced to live with this decision for the remaining 2021 year. They don’t show up when they are supposed to, miss lawns, miss weedeating, scalp lawn with their mowers. Bright view is not a trustworthy company. They will take your money and do the very minimum work leaving your landscaping in horrible condition. To anyone thinking of hiring this company I urge you to practice your due diligence and reconsider it would be a big mistake! Their work is shabby at best and even that is being generous, they ignore any communication efforts to get them to do what they are contracted for...basically they have NO integrity.

Bright View Review For a landscape management company that is a national corporation, I am aghast at the lack of professionalism, follow through by workers and management and of workers who are trained in or care to do their jobs. I have been trying since March of 2021 to get the landscaping at my Tucson HOA to look good and worth the $6,975 per month that the HOA pays BrightView. BrightView has had the contract with our HOA for several years now and this season has been the worst! They are paid to cut, edge, and blow and they are not doing most of that. We have not had any edging at all this season and when they actually do cut the lawn, they have not cut the back yard the last three times because they don’t cut a whole yard at a time. Absolutely the worst landscape company I have ever encountered!!! They don't even notice that the hanging plants they put up aren't getting water. Then they don't notice that said plants are dead within a few sunny days. They are big on excuses for their shoddy work. Careless with their blowers. The reason everyone here is having problems is because Brightview at least in St. Augustine and Palm Coast, Florida treat their employees like dirt! Employees aren't asked to do things they are ordered and threatened. In the last week some of their best employees had enough and quit! The evidence is in the number of job openings they have in Palm Coast, yet making employees choose, move t St. Augustine or be fired!

If anyone is thinking of using Bright View, Don't! They are by far the worst landscapers I have ever worked with. Unfortunately, as an HOA inherited them when they bought out our old landscape company. It was downhill from there. They A-Lie, B- can't seem to hire anyone who speaks English. This company does not honor its contractual obligations, shorts service hours, and provides little to no response when attempting to communicate with them regarding these issues. Our association hired BrightView Renton to maintain our leafy, 12 acre HOA condominium community's grounds. Their service has been shoddy, intermittent (at best), and unacceptably careless.
