This company's crew (Joseph and his "Supervisor" Freddy) DESTROYED the passenger window/door of my car by pummeling the side of my car with rocks while they were working at Old Navy in Northfield/Stapleton, CO on Wed., May 25th. I have tried contacting this company DAILY to resolve this and NO ONE seems to want to take responsibility for the damage they did to my car. Mike Olsen, supposedly an "Account Manager" has failed to return any of my phone calls, and would not give me the name of their General Liability Insurance so ... read more

Horrible company. The crew has no idea what they are doing. Our property was beautiful and this company ruined it. They promised the moon and delivered nothing. Worthless

Hello, Maureen N****, We are sorry to see this feedback and thank you for sharing it with us. We would like to know more so we can do better. Would you be able to share the name of your HOA with us so we can send this feedback to the local manager for the appropriate follow-up? Thank you
This company, BrightView, preformed a big job on my property, and it resulted in damaging the site of work rather then fixing it. We were very disappointed in the work skills, work ethics, the results and the outcome of the job. I personally never reviewed a company/business I dealt with in the past, but definitely wanted to review BrightView so hopefully no one else will have to deal with what we’ve been dealing with since June of 2021. I could go on with all the details and issues accursed during and after the work was pre... read more
Brightview sent a crew of, as they put it, "...we hired a bunch of new guys," into our beautiful community to do the trimming. They cut the leaves off from the ground up on a gorgeous wall of lady palms, and they cut 10 of them completely down, cutting them off less than a foot off the ground, and butchering a young coconut palm growing in the middle of them. When I shared this with our association they had Brightview come back to the property. We looked at the damage and he told me about the new guys doing that. He then tol... read more
Brightview Landscaping is a collection of clowns run by the king of clowns himself. The company is only concerned with profit and it's customers are getting ripped off. Their standard is to make minimum of 45 percent gross margin on everything they do. They tack on every dollar they can and tell clients it is necessary. As a former account manager for this company I can confirm they are horrible from the top down. They force hourly workers to take days off bear the end of fiscal year and around holidays to u their bottom lin... read more

To say they are terrible would be a compliment as they are so much worse than that....Work is sloppy and much of the contract is not being met..... workers seem to know nothing about landscaping....Avoid at all cost....

Brightview Landscaping in Columbus is the absolute worst landscaping company. Our condo development has never looked so bad. In the spring, they never completed mulching or treated for weeds. Weeks go by without mowing and when they do, often they only mow the front portion of our community. In one season, years of good landscaping has gone to the weeds and leaving it all looking shabby.

I contracted a commercial property with Brightview in January 2021 for one year. So far they have done a very poor job, such as not showing up at all, not adhering to the contract of weeding, trimming, hedging, fertilization, irrigation management and more. They have materially breached out contract and I am having to spend a great deal of time now trying to get out of it.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear about this experience, Ron. We value communication with all of our clients and apologize for the frustrations you have experienced. Please allow us to further address this situation so we can help make things right. Can you please take a moment to email communications@brightview.com with more details so we can follow-up with this accordingly and timely. Thank you.
Bright View Landscapers should change its name to "Into the Ground" because that is exactly what they have done to Brickman's, the previous owner's business. My community unfortunately has a ridiculously, exorbitantly costly contract with them. The work that they do is terrible and largely the contract is ignored. The community hasn't been pruned in over a year, there is infrequent edging, the weeds proliferate and the community's appearance has significantly deteriorated under their stewardship. Avoid this landscaper at all... read more
