This company needs to be removed from the landscape business all together, they are the worse so called nationwide landscape company. My community has had them for a 3 year contract but they should have been fired at least a year ago .They are the worse landscape company on the planet. Brightview is one of the worst companies I have ever experienced dealing. They claim they are North America's leader in commercial landscaping, yet all the work I see performed in my community is subpar, to say the least. They clearly lack integrity and respect from the worker level, all the way up to executive management. Tuesday October 6, 2022, 1:42pm: Brightview company vehicle, northbound on US-1, between Key Largo and Homestead Fla: was doing over 100mph in a 55mph zone, passing other vehicles on the shoulder, passing in turning lanes, cutting off other vehicles, all while trash flying out of the bed. Contacted Company representatives TWICE, there was ZERO follow up, or ZERO communication from company administration. - It’s just a matter of time, before your drivers kill some innocent person ??SMARTEN UP!

Wow, reading these reviews is so reaffirming. I only wish zero stars was an option. How are y’all still in business? I CAN NOT believe I am forced to pay for this company to maintain my yard. The weeds in my yard are TALLER than my porch. I have contacted the HOA, complained through the Brightview portal and still I sit staring at an embarrassment of a yard. You are basically stealing peoples’ money at this point. Literally ridiculous. Do NOT hire this company.

My HOA company has hired this company to do our landscaping. I've lived in my house for 10 years and this company does the absolute worst job you can imagine. My yard is small, however, this company insists on using the largest riding lawn mower on the market and all it really does is smash down the grass but it never actually cuts it, if it does happen to cut the grass the grass gets stuck in the mower and then leaves huge clumps of cut grass all over the yard and they just leave it there. Their work is sub par. The community I live in looks horrible since they started using this company. The grass gets cut but is sloppily done. They do no trimming or weed eating. The weeds in our parking lot behind our cars were 5ft tall. I had to make a few complaints to the rental office before anything got done. There are still other areas that haven’t been attended to. This the worst company and I have heard of the same complaints from other communities they work in

Brightview aprayed my lawn 4 times last year with herbicide to avoid doing work. Never hire these people. Publicly traded company whose only concern is the stock price. Never hire these people.

Our homeowner association made a big mistake hiring Brightview. We are a 55+ community in Columbus, NJ. PLEASE do not hire this company if you care about your lawn maintenance. They kill lawns and everything once green. Our Board made a tremendous mistake in hiring these clowns and now we have a lot of work to do to correct the horrific, hazardous treatment of our once beautiful community. Sad. Very sad.

I live in a 55+ community in Rio Rancho, NM. BrightView has been our contracted landscape maintenance for about three years. When I moved in four years ago, our lawns were green, nicely manicured, and our common areas clean and weed-free. Today, we look like an abandoned community - my lawn hasn’t been cut in 4 weeks so I have to arrange to have it cut by a private party.
