I am putting in a new Lanai extension. The day after the cement pad was poured a Brightview employee working on irrigation walked accross it and ruined the finish by leaving footprints in the fresh cement. This poor company of professional training do their jobs using the grass cutting machines near parked vehicles throwing stones and how much object is where the machine passes impacting the parked vehicles. On August 29, 2019, my new 2019 Lexus SUV (971 miles) was damaged while at I was at work, by Brightview. Brightview, informed the property management (Centrecorp), where my vehicle was parked, that they would quickly handle all damages. In March 2019, I had informed our complex management and Brightview, that my 2017 Lexus Sedan had been damaged and they better take actions to keep this from happening again. They did nothing. Horrible Company I have tried endlessly to keep them off my cement patio. No need.to be there There is no need to weed between cement cracks. I have no weeds between my cement They chip the cement. I agree 100% with all one star reviews, read below: - I have lived at The Crossings Miami FL for 30 years! and unfortunately the Home Owners Association hired this lousy company less than a year ago, They are the worst! While I only gave you 5 stars you deserve 10! I have lived in the Georgetowne community in the Tuscawilla area for 30 yrs and you have been the very best landscaping company we ever had! The absolute worst "landscaping" company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them like the plague. I live in a gated upscale community in southwest Florida and the HOA hired Brightview because they bid $250k less than the next company. Well, you get what you pay for - totally non-compliant with the terms of the contract in terms of frequency of services. Horrible quality, lax supervision, employees couldn't care less.
