Over a 6 month period our HOA went through 3 account managers. The property was not being taken care of properly and we continually brought it to their attention. Each manager would make promises of how they'd make it better and restore the relationship. Each of the manager changes had a period where we weren't notified, we'd continue to contact with no response, to find out the person didn't work there anymore. Not long ago, I actually used to work for these clowns and let me tell you that this company is simply the worst to work for. To start off, their screening process for hiring employees is a complete and total joke. They literally hire any random Joe blow schmo off the street just to fill their worker ranks. My disabled son threw my phone out the window when we were driving and I went to turn around to pick it up and one of your guys tried to lie and steal it. Ended up sending my husband to their location and they fessed up and gave it back.

I have owned and lived in my home for 33 years. HOA *******. I served on the board for 8 years. Have always been proud and happy with the landscaping and proud of my property That all changed when the board changed over to Brightview. I walked each morning through the neighborhood and I and I have never seen our community in such shape. Unkept lawns that have been let go to be full of weeds only. I normally am not one to post negative reviews but this is the company that my HOA selected for our neighborhood. I didn't see any special price or really anything good to keep them as our landscapers. Biggest compliant for me - it was almost every two weeks that I would be replacing my sprinkler heads because they would just run them over. I would have leaking sprinklers constantly. Good morning. My name is John and I live in *********** *********** **. The community is supervised by ***** ***********. The lawns, plants, shrubs, trees and ice & snow removal is done by Bright View Landscaping. I have lived in my house for two years now and the siding, downspout and edging have been damaged on three separate occasions. BrightView Landscapes is the WORST landscaping company that is in existence today. BrightView Landscapes needs to go out of business completely. Their service is horrible, inconsistent, and unprofessional. The staff and crew at BrightView landscapes do not know the first thing about customer service. Their service is beyond horrible. I normally do not like to post negative reviews, but hopefully this review will get BrightView’s attention. They removed 5 trees from the berm behind my property. Dragged all the debris through my property ruining my decorative rocks and trampling my grass. Left the debris on my property for over 2 weeks. I had to hire other people in addition to my family to clean the debris. They refused to take responsibility and clean up, they do not want to come out and talk to me about replacing my broken decorative stones, and have ig... read more

This company needs to be removed from the landscape business all together, they are the worse so called nationwide landscape company. My community has had them for a 3 year contract but they should have been fired at least a year ago .They are the worse landscape company on the planet. Half the time they don't show up or make up all kinds of excuses for the absents of the crew which is BS.
