We currently have BrightView Landscapes for the Braemar Community in Bristow, VA. Over the last two summer seasons, they have shown themselves to be a very lousy and lazy lawncare service. They mow VERY infrequently, grass height may exceed 1 foot, they mow unevenly, skip areas and often wait and mow high grass in rain or just after heavy rain and leave high clumps of wet grass. We have never been under contract with this company, though they still charged us for a whole month of service even though we fired them the month before for poor quality landscape services and for raising their prices. Then they had the balls to send us to collections. DO NOT do business with them. You will regret it as l do.

BrightView (formerly Brickman) has been contracted to do landscaping at our apartment complex. They are a terrible excuse for a landscaping company, having weed whacked our flower beds, despite there being a clear border around them to distinguish the flower bed versus the lawn)!! What’s worse is that EVERY SINGLE TIME they come to mow and blow our complex grass, they NEVER EVER clean up after themselves! They always blow dirt & leaves back onto my front porch!!! I have complained to the manager but to no avail.

Unfortunately, the homeowners association selected BrightView at the beginning of this year to provide the landscaping service in the community. BrightView has the worst crew and the management is just as bad. Homeowners are paying for weekly spraying of weeds, which they do not do and when I bring it up to management, he states the crew does spray weekly. Brightbiew is a cheap and irresponsible company. Whenever I need to talk to their boss, they cannot call him because "the boss is out of town" or "in the meeting and cannot reach him." And they never return the call. The quality gets lower every time. The workers are not professionals so they don't know what they are doing. Overall, I would never recommend to use this company.

Cheap, careless contract work. I've been dealing with this company for years through T********, (that hires them). They used to be called B******** They just schlep it. Just another large company that is more concerned with volume and half-assed work than really caring for the customer's needs. They actually mow a lawn and then blow the leaves from the road back onto that lawn they just mowed! I have complained to management for years and nothing ever changes. I no longer have a lawn.
