Do not hire this company, I've seen this company at the park doing lawn work. On multiple occasions I've seen these guys peeing and exposing their self in front of my kids! ?? ?? Do better!!!

There is a Wild, Reckless, Idiot Box Driver here in Austell, Georgia that drives up Veterans Highway every morning between 5:30am and 5:45am he weaves in and out of traffic constantly he tailgates other drivers he is a speed demon he cut other drivers off he is a very dangerous driver Tag# TCH8051, he is a accident waiting to happen!!!! DO SOMETHING WITH THIS FOOL BEFORE HE KILLS HIMSELF OR SOMEONE!!!!!

Bright view is the worse Landscape company I have ever seen. I can not believe that they are nationwide?? all these complaints are very true. They charge extra for everything like 1400.00 for dirt to plant flowers and cause lots of damage that they will not report, on your property plus the workers are not trained to do the work that the HOA is paying for. Brightview landscape is the worst and we are getting totally ripped off by our HOA that had the nerves to increase the quarterly payment for their services. The meetings are a joke and definitely do NOT understand why you continuously warrant a contract to them when the majority of all the residents are complaining of the services. Bottom line, someone is getting kickbacks for this UNSAT companies performance.

My rating is not about a condo or the jobs they do at landscaping is about a driver the ruthless and lack of kindness of one of the drivers.Tag number Hd88pl. Brightview hit my truck while plowing snow. I work night shift and I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. I took pictures of the damage and the snow plowed up to the truck. They are self insured and refused to make it right. This was a hit and run. What a shameful way to run a business. Beware if they damage property you will have to sue to get coverage.

Brightview service and customer service is horrible. If I could rate them a minus one I would. They lack consistency and continue to utilize excuses for not delivering basic lawn service. They continue to fail to trim the hedges in my yard and then use it as of excuse that they did not trim because they thought I was letting it grow tall. No!!!!! it is growing tall because you refuse to do trim it properly each trim cycle. Our HOA signed a contract with them.
