Verified Renter I love the staff and the facilities! The building is well-maintained and kept clean especially the floors are always mopped and the pool has crystal clear waters.
Verified Renter Pros: Great location, well-maintained pool area, great pest control, and helpful maintenance staff. Cons: Constant construction from fire and water damage, open walls in the hallway, frequently broken elevators. Though I have seen improved communication since a new manager took over recently, I do not recommend this complex.
Verified Renter I liked the floorplan of the apartment I rented. The office staff are very polite, especially Keli. Maintenance has arrived quickly except for today. The apartment i rented was redone after a fire; I was told it was ready when I moved in. I did not have WIFI or cable for a month. My air conditioner is still not cooling in the living room. There are numerous small things that are not finished.

Verified Renter They try really hard to take good care of the place and make it feel homey. I see improvement happening frequently but construction has been going on for awhile. Some of amenities and landscaping could be improved or replaced but overall, a good place to call home.
Verified Renter A great older building but struggling to maintain top-level standards. Generous floor plans and really nice office staff but as a long time resident it is obvious that the maintenance budget and staff have been greatly reduced over the last 5 years.
