Verified Renter Really nice community! Great amenities and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It was quite easy to apply and get a fast response.
Verified Renter I have only recently moved here. The staff handles issues promptly. There are activities provided that bring the neighbors together.
Verified Renter Great management staff and awesome maintenance team. However poor security cameras positioning in key areas in the garage. Pedestrian entrance at main gate is not properly functioning. My vehicle has unfortunately been vandalized two recorded times in my two years living here. The last cast case of vandalism requiring me to sell my vehicle. Rent is still due on the first so make sure you have some savings in case you have to repair your vehicle along with paying the rent.
Verified Renter Overall a pleasant and well run place. Quiet . Management is attentive and sensitive to the residents and very happy to attend to their needs and complaints. The maintenance team is out of this world and unmatched anywhere .

Badly Deteriorated We know this place for 15 years (living there on and off). It used to be superb. Fine location. Good apartments. Cute public spaces. Very nice residents' events. However, in the last year or so the place has deteriorated considerably. The blame is the managing company/staff, who have neglected this place and are incompatible.
