Terrible Managment Braeswood Place is a great apartment until you have to deal with management. The lack of care the management team is crazy. You'll have to constantly follow up with them because they have serious communication issues. I advise you not to leave by the pool because of the wall/windows have absolutely no insulation. You can hear every conversation people have outside. People are also outside beyond the time the pool closes because the gates dont lock so good luck sleeping. Do not recommend this apartment Braeswood used to be a great place to live until they fall under new management. The elevators are always broken. Once one is fixed the other will break down. We went months without anyone of the service elevators working. There are constant brake in and nothings stops them. The camera don't work and the fire alarm is constantly going off. Verified Renter If you want to live in an apartment with ongoing construction, exposed walls and plumbing, constant construction noise every day of the week, construction dust everywhere, and a management team that's not willing to help, then by all means- sign a lease!
Verified Renter Overall I have enjoyed my experience being a Braeswood resident! The community is very friendly and it is just an overall welcoming environment to live in. I think it's situated in a great area which is a great perk as well.
