Verified Renter If you want to live in an apartment with ongoing construction, exposed walls and plumbing, constant construction noise every day of the week, construction dust everywhere, and a management team that's not willing to help, then by all means- sign a lease!

It would also be appreciated to obtain a fob for the building, which I was not initially given. I have been told - that issue is being worked on! Thank you. :-)

Verified Renter I have only recently moved here. The staff handles issues promptly. There are activities provided that bring the neighbors together.
Verified Renter Great management staff and awesome maintenance team. However poor security cameras positioning in key areas in the garage. Pedestrian entrance at main gate is not properly functioning. My vehicle has unfortunately been vandalized two recorded times in my two years living here. The last cast case of vandalism requiring me to sell my vehicle. Rent is still due on the first so make sure you have some savings in case you have to repair your vehicle along with paying the rent.
