Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here. I have always had my maintenance issues resolved right away. Speeding in the parking garage is a concern of mine.
Verified Renter Luxury living and convenient location in Houston. Quiet, clean, friendly staff, and a very safe place to live. Beautiful pool area with social distancing measures in place. Gym is kept clean and plenty of equipment to use.

Verified Renter The property is pleasant to the eye of the beholder; for the most part well kept. Will continue to object to lack of respect by certain tenant ignorance of designated trash days. The halls quickly become malodorous, attract bugs and deter visitors and/or possible occupancy.
