Love this place I have lived here since 2012 and I love it! It's a hidden gem in the Braeswood Place/West U/Rice Village area. It's SUPER safe, the staff responds well and listens to any concerns, maintence fixes problems really fast. I really do not have any complaints about this place as this is my 2nd time renewing my lease. They keep it clean and classy. Truth be known These apartments are over price and full of roaches. They don't reinforce their pet policy and people don't pick-up well after their animals making the outside smell horrible.
