Pending Move I am pending move in and while the staff is very nice and polite I have some concerns. My main issues are about the age of the appliances (old, outdated and in poor working order in some cases) and the cleanliness of the unit based on multiple viewings of the unit post make ready requests. It's a bit concerning but I'm hopeful that all will be well upon actual move in as I love the area and the staff seems eager to correct the issues. I add a follow up upon move in.
Renewal I don't recommend it. All appliances are old and overused and the renewal offers are so high (20 percent).

Verified Renter David & Lisa are both excellent and I always ask for David since he was the main person that help us when we first came to see this place , Great place to live it’s closer to everything ,The maintenance is great too ,told David about some stuff to be fixed and he followed it up & passed it to Lisa before his off day,thank you to both of them and to the maintenance,??
Verified Renter Have only lived here for 6 weeks but if the overall experience in past 6 weeks is an indication, I will be here 6 yrs or more. The entire staff are attentive to the needs and the other tenants I have interfaced with have been polite and friendly. After living in my past apartment for 36 yrs I had concerns of whether I would feel OK with a new place......most certainly do !
Verified Renter We had to move pretty fast and unplanned. The leasing staff at Braeswood Place made an overwhelming situation less stressful and helped us a lot with finding the right space in no time at all. They were very helpful answering any questions and providing help with our move. We love our apartment. The energy is very nice. The community spaces are clean and well maintained.
