Our experience at Braeswood Place It’s comforting to know that your management listens and responds to your request or needs. We transitioned from a home in another state to apartment living. Braeswood Place has been a very comfortable place to now call home. One of our favorite things we enjoy doing is going downstairs and preparing a Latte at our lobby’s coffee machine. It’s really good!
Verified Renter The cleanliness of the building is going down. The cleanliness of the hallways, ceiling fans and garage are not kept up. Even the sign of the complex is not fixed.
Verified Renter There is this thing called listening and this place does not have it. If you want something fixed, you have to hire a 3rd party.
Pending Move I am pending move in and while the staff is very nice and polite I have some concerns. My main issues are about the age of the appliances (old, outdated and in poor working order in some cases) and the cleanliness of the unit based on multiple viewings of the unit post make ready requests. It's a bit concerning but I'm hopeful that all will be well upon actual move in as I love the area and the staff seems eager to correct the issues. I add a follow up upon move in.
Renewal I don't recommend it. All appliances are old and overused and the renewal offers are so high (20 percent).
