Verified Renter Love these apartments! Great part of town and very peaceful. The maintenance is very quick and attentive. Front desk is also very helpful so no complaints here.
Verified Renter CiCi made the lease signing and move-in a smooth process. Really like the hotel style setup and same floor covered garage parking. One of the freight elevators was down but other than that, all went well.
Verified Renter I enjoy assigned parking, trash valet and quick response to maintenance issues! We’ve recently gotten new pool furniture and a bit of fresh landscaping. Pet friendly, pool and ice cream parties are a bonus.
Verified Renter Apartment is a nice layout and community is quiet. Maintenance follow-up is poor. Dog mess in garage is smelly and maintenance is not quick to clean up.
Verified Renter Have not experienced living on property much yet, but unit was in good condition and amenities look great, and move in process was relatively seamless. Have found emailing appropriate parties is most affective mode of communication if in-person is not possible.
Verified Renter I've found the staff to be quite helpful and pleasant - a really good way to begin the rental experience at BWP. First social, the IceCreamParty was fun (along with great icecrean), and I met some very nice and interesting people. Only downside is the elevator issue. I know it is being worked on, and look forward to seeing all of them be back in action!

Verified Renter The community has been quiet and peaceful. It is also beautiful. I wish the gym was bigger. I also wish their was better communication streamlining maintenance requests. Items should not be marked complete if they are still in progress.
Verified Renter CiCi was very helpful and made it easy! The apartments are just what we were looking for my husband's parents who need to move to be closer to us and there were options on the floor plans within their budget. The staff was friendly and answered all questions.
