Comfy apt in good location Have had a great experience so far! Staff, in particular Cici, are helpful and welcoming. Responses to maintenance requests are quick.
Verified Renter This complex is on the end of a nice neighborhood and has lots of community events, the staff has always been helpful with our pet concerns and maintenance issues, our unit is one of my favorite apartments I've ever lived in, the kitchen being open to the living space is great for having friends and family over.

Verified Renter My fist two months at Braeswood Place has exceeded all of my expectations - from the original leasing process, the move in, the actual unit (townhouse) is amazing (with a couple of quirks!), but the staff is what has made my satisfaction exceed my exceptions the most. They show interest and caring about any matters I've presented them. While they have 300 units/tenants, I feel like they know me and are wonderful whenever I have had interactions with them.

Verified Renter Great help from Jade and Cece, they’re always nice and helpful. The apartments are always clean and quiet. The apartment is always quick to fix anything that’s broken.
Verified Renter After living here for 3 1/2 years I just signed another 12 month lease. The reason for staying at this complex is one gets the best layout for an apartment and the best square footage. There are numerous long term residents here too which helps make a stable lifestyle.
