Verified Renter Braeswood Place has the potential to easily become a more preferred and recommended place to live. If security and access was improved and the incredible maintenance staff was increased in size to fit the size of the community, this could make a "good" place to live, a "great" place!!

Verified Renter I knew immediately after my tour that Braeswood Place was the place for me! It's close enough to the Medical Center that my work commute is short and sweet, and the easy access to 610 is a huge plus for wanting to go out on the weeknights and weekends with friends. Cici was a huge help with all of my questions and for getting me settled in!

Verified Renter Overall, it is a nice apartment complex. It has good amenities and good apartment interior. Only improvement would be responsiveness of front desk staff.

Verified Renter Maintenance is quick and responsive. Landscaping is coming around. This is an overall a clean property. I feel pretty safe and would feel better if we had on site security visibility. We have new management and they seem to be friendly and helpful as well. For the most part, Im enjoying my home.

Verified Renter If feel the staff does a nice job addressing issues. Maintenance is 5 stars. In addition, I would say that noise is a factor while being here. The windows leak, but its to be expected.

Verified Renter New management is much more receptive to community needs. Good job everyone. Outside landscaping much better. However there is still work to be done. The mail room needs to be painted and deep cleaned.
